Four bed detached executive home set in a quiet residential and private estate only 4 miles from Douglas with easy access to bus routes and local amenities.

Situated next to a golf course and the Island's only 4 star hotel with bars and restaurants.

One double en-suite room, one double room with sole use of a bathroom. Towels, bedding and toiletries provided.

Parking available on private drive. Bike parking in the garage may be available. EV charging can be accommodated.

Home has two small hypoallergenic dogs and dogs can be accommodated.

Smoking not allowed inside the home.

Hot tub available for guest use.

Stay is mainly on a self-serve continental breakfast basis as the homeowners work but cooked breakfast may be available on non-work days.

Guests can make use of lounge, dining room and garden.
